Tharparkar is a cattle breed with origins in Tharparkar District, Sindh province, Pakistan. The Tharparkar cow can be identified by its white to gray skin, and medium to large build. It can adapt to every climatic condition. Also known as Thari, Cutchi and White Sindhi, it is a medium-sized cow that has large ears and horns of medium size. The face of the cow is long and tapered, while the forehead is convex. The weight of this mature cow is between 300 to 380 kg. Dairy farmers can keep this cow for the production of milk in fairly good quantity.
